NATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT RETAIL CHAIN MANAGER
Primary Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the development of existing and new business for targeted large retailers in the United States. Responsible for developing and implementing annual business plans to achieve revenue targets with profitable margins.

Objectives
Build and develop Winery Exchange and private label wine, beer, and sprits brand programs
Work with Winery Exchange Production, Logistics, Marketing and Finance departments to ensure the development of successful and profitable wine brands. Must possess collaborative skills to work successfully in a team environment.
Maintain position as primary customer contact.
Responsible for developing and implementing annual promotional calendars for portfolio of brands.
Develop, foster and maintain a close working relationship with key retailer management personnel.
Work with retail regional managers on promotions, shelf space/schematics, ad plans, pricing, etc.
Weekly communication with field marketing managers to review sales versus plan, depletions, inventory and implementation of programs.
Responsibility for managing marketing expenses.
Provide regular communication to SVP, Sales and Marketing
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements
Ten plus years sales/marketing experience within wine or related industry. Extensive knowledge of world-wide beverage alcohol market.
Ability to convince and close deals in a timely manner.
Must be able to recognize and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation.
Must possess a high level of integrity, be self-confident, have an excellent ability to build relationships.
Ability to develop, implement and analyze brand development programs.
Must have strong negotiation skills, be a strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to make good and sometimes difficult decisions.
Highly organized and deadline driven.
Effective problem solving and decision making skills, can do attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in fast changing environment.
Ability to travel 50% of the time

PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful management and follow through of assigned Corporate Brands projects. These projects will include the development and launch of private label or custom designed beverage alcohol brands (wine, beer, spirits) for customers located worldwide. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Planning & Design phase of projects as well as for driving the execution of these projects by working closely with the Company’s various functional groups. Working to promote Winery Exchange’s cross-functional team-based approach to launching products, the Project Manager will interact with sales, marketing, production, wine sourcing, winemaking, finance, legal, compliance, logistics, and distribution team members and with the Company’s worldwide network of suppliers and winery partners.
Objectives
Working with project stakeholders, manage all aspects of a project, from the early definition and planning, through production, distribution and delivery of product.
Prepare, update, communicate and ensure execution of project plans and timelines in Microsoft Project for assigned Corporate Brands projects.
Track and manage all issues affecting production and delivery timelines
Coordinate and drive production and delivery of artwork, packaging and wines to bottling facilities in a timely manner to meet delivery dates to customers while allowing sufficient time for quality control analysis of dry goods, wine and finished product.
Ensure profitability of projects by coordinating and managing cost of goods and transportation arrangements.
Thoroughly understand customer requirements and ensure adherence to such requirements.
Work closely and successfully with other Project Managers, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Compliance and Operations personnel to create smooth information flow and consistent communication.
Act as an example and advocate for Project Management methodology and best practices.
Develop strong working relationships with and customers and suppliers where applicable.
Other duties as assigned by Associate Director of Project Management.

Requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and work with many people to deliver exceptional results.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with limited day-to-day supervision.
Ability to adapt working approach to different situations and personalities.
Highly organized and deadline driven.
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills, can-do, take-charge attitude.
3-5 years project management experience.
Prior experience with MS Project and MS Project Server.
Wine, spirits or CPG industry product development launch experience preferred but not critical.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in related field.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

INTERNATIONAL SOURCING MANAGER
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key wine and spirits suppliers throughout Europe and the UK. Working with existing suppliers, this position is responsible for identifying and ensuring delivery of wines and spirits that meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, the position will identify new potential suppliers and wines and spirits that create selling opportunities throughout the organization.
Objectives
Wine and spirits sourcing for new and established Winery Exchange brands.
Work with suppliers to improve quality of wines supplied to Winery Exchange.
Wine presentation/tastings with retailers.
Work with sales team to strengthen relationships with customers and their purchasing agents.
Serve as key point of contact in all business related to sourcing.
Liaise with marketing, production, and finance.
Maintain strong relationships with multiple producers throughout Europe
Responsible for proactive wine and spirits sourcing strategies.
Provide periodic assessment of the quality, quantity and value of wines from wine producing countries in Europe
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Enology or comparable experience required
5 years experience in wine industry, experiencing sourcing spirits preferred.
Experience with business development in wine and spirits industry
Thorough knowledge and experience with production and broad range of packaging requirements
Must be based in Europe with ability to travel 70% of the time throughout Europe
Current Passport or Visa
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work autonomously in fast changing environment for a US based organization
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Compensation: commensurate with experience. Contract fee and all pre-approved travel expenses.

The successful candidate will be required to maintain legal status in their country of residence as well as an active Passport or Visa. All taxes and social welfare fees will be the responsibility of the successful candidate. Winery Exchange is not paying relocation for this position
